And just what Iβm looking for- a delicious almond flour muffin for my 16 month old to enjoy with some sneaky extra healthy components of protein and good fats compared to regular muffins (the rest of the fam will love it too, of course). As a toddler-friendly alternative to chocolate, do you think blueberries would work OK? Or would that be too much moisture? Might enjoy with a slather of some almond butter, cream cheese, or Irish butter for an extra indulgent treat (and yummy extra calories for the little one).

Do you use 2 1/2 or 2 1/4 cups almond flour. In the video you say 2 1/2 but the written recipe says 2 1/4. Please clarify.

I have a question. How much packets of oatmeal should I use for muffins without using flour and sugar and what other ingredients should I use and how much measurements of them?
For your awareness, in your video you say to use 2.5 cups of almond flour but the recipe in the description box and on your site says to use 2.25 cups.
Are we able to just do an equal substitution of another flour?

Just made these and used maple syrup instead of MonkFruit. They are delicious. I couldnβt wait until they completely cooled to try them and they kind of fell apart. I grabbed a spoon. Delicious.

There was no olive oil in this one will check again.
Since I've been convinced that coconut oil is blocking the arteries left using this oil. On my neck, I have got an artery that has calcifications %25 blocked.
So only use pure Olve Oil which is safe for people like me. Thanks again will continue to follow you.

Just made this recipe tonight. The muffins were delicious and moist. They were very tender and delicate, so I would suggest using paper liners in your muffin pan, as I had a very difficult time getting these out without breaking them, even using an oiled and non-stick muffin pan. They were great however and I will be making them again- only this time with paper liners.
