    Every plant based diet will require a regular bowel cleansing: So, take at least every second day early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil in order to prevent an intestinal blockage, for in the case that you will eat a lot of fruits or vegetables your large intestine will be really filled and you will remark this one occasionally unpleasant, this especially during the night.

    Tip for the cheese sauce for the burrito bowl. You will need 1/2 cup of water for 1/2 cup of cashews. I used my NutriBullet for the sauce and nearly burned out the motor. The recipe calls for 1/4 cup of water, but it’s not enough. The sauce is amazing on the burrito bowl though, it’s my favorite thing to make right now. 😊

    I tried two out of the three recipes back to back and thoroughly enjoyed them. I did add salt to taste in my first dressing and it enhanced the taste quite a bit 😋.
    Tomorrow I will try the last one – the Burrito Bowl – but this time I will double the ingredients for leftovers.

    This was my very first time making a plant-based meal. I really want to start eating better. I made the sweet potato recipe for work this morning. It's now lunchtime and I love it!!!
