My oven has automatic shut off. I watched your video and decided to do attempt this drunk. I passed out on the couch during the broiling process. I woke up to a baking sheet on the kitchen floor and no sign of a single remnant of the 28$ filet that I bought. Golden retrievers aren’t as loyal we like to believe.

I can tell by the fat levels in the trout it’s farmed…you should stay away from farmed fish, especially farmed fish with high fat content…The higher the fat the higher the potions that are absorbed within the farmed fish. Fat is a sponge when it comes to the pesticides and chem they give the fish. Try Wild Alaskan Salmon, Coho containing around 7-8% fat. If that not enough for you, try king salmon fat content around 8-10%…enjoy!

Thanks Flo. Sometimes I also take a break from my IP, too.I love steelhead trout. Such an easy dinner. Sometimes I brush it with some Dijon mustard for a change and a little bit of seasoned panko. Delicious. love your videos. Doing any traveling lately!
