Awesome recipe! I am so tired sometimes and want fried rice and can't seem to find one I like in my rice cooker. I am so trying this one next time!!
Just wondering if Nagi's earlier recipe for nasi goreng (Indonesian fried rice) can be adapted for this new baking technique? Suggestions welcome 🙂
I am at a loss for words. When I think Nagi can’t possibly be even more of a culinary genius than she already is, she comes up with this. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I have never made a recipe of Nagi’s that wasn’t delicious beyond words. I will be trying this recipe.
I made this 2 days in a row! Soooo delicious. Now I need a good sesame or teriyaki chicken recipe though it's good all by itself.😋
In the video you put rice and liquid in first. In the instructions it says to scatter rice over the vegetables Does it matter which way you make it?
Never done it this way before, Think I will give it a try 👍
My mom used to make a version of this with cubed mozzarella mixed in, it was awesome

I watched this recipe as soon as you posted it. I few days later, & I'm making it! It's easy & delicious!!!💖💖💖
