BAJRA METHI PANCAKE (બાજરા ના ચમચમિયા) #SeasonsFreshWithMeghna

Bajra (pearl millet) is rich in fiber and aids in digestion, while methi (fenugreek) is an excellent source of iron and antioxidants. Together, they make a powerhouse combination that will keep you feeling satisfied and energized. Not only are these pancakes good for you, but they are also super easy to make !

Recipe is easy-
– take 1 cup bajra atta
– Add ginger, green chilli, fresh green garlic
– Add 1 cup chopped methi
– Add 1/2 cup chopped coriander
– Add red chili powder, turmeric, Dhania powder & Salt,
– Add 1 tbs white roasted sesame seeds
– Add 1 tsp ajwain (carrom seeds)
– You may also add sugar (optional)
– Mix everything well & pour some water
– Make thick batter (like pancake)
– Now in a pan, add oil, white sesame seeds & pour the one ladle-ful batter (do not make very big pancake). The thickness should be similar to original pancakes; do not make it thin
– Now cover and let it cook on one side , it will take approximately 7-8 min on medium flame on one side
– Once the top gets dry and bottom surface gets golden color; flip it and cook on the other side
– Healthy Delicious Bajra Methi Pancakes are ready; enjoy with chutney, dahi or pickled haldi (I have posted pickled haldi reel already)
