    Hey I have a question, Claudia! In so many of your videos, you roast your peppers, but then remove their skins. What is the importance of this step? I have an electric stove and can’t roast them as easily as with direct flame. The charred spots are far and few between because of the direct heat inconsistency. Is the goal of this step to remove the skin only? So with that logic, I could boil them and shock them in water instead. Or, maybe is there some flavor that translates through into the dish from specifically roasting them like this? Thank you 😊 ❤️
