    I’m personally so proud of you and your eating habits. So many people show what they eat and it’s completely restrictive and gives off the wrong message. I work on an eating disorder unit and the adolescents I work with are so impacted by videos like this from the wrong people. I wish they would watch videos similar to yours to show what health really looks like
