Hi, Iโ€™ve made ribs a few times in the instant pot but for the Fourth of July this year I decided to try your recipe and technique. They came out perfect! I definitely prefer a little bite to my ribs, which I got with 20 min cook/10 min natural release, but the meat came clean off the bones which I like. Thanks for the video!

You sound like someone that knows how to cook, so talk as long as you want. Iโ€™m watching several rib videos before I try for the first time and Iโ€™m glad you didnโ€™t fully submerge your ribs because those videos made me cringe.

"I'm gonna keep it short, not a lot of talk, not a lot of fluff…" Yeah, right…
But all things considered, a good how-to BBQ video that made my mouth water for the finished product…

Ok, the ribs turned out great. I did 18 minutes on pressure and 10 min release. The next ribs I will pressure for 20 although they turned out great. Thanks again.

The ribs look good. Will have to try it. One comment: the camera was all over the place. A wider angle view would have been better, not all the close up in and out and back and forth shots.

Looks good. I don't like my ribs falling apart eithet (pulled pork on a stick). After much experimentation, I use 1 cup apple juice, 1/4 cup ACV and 1 tsp. liquid smoke. 18 minutes pressure and a 10 min. NPR. Sauce and broil just like you did. Perfect!

Love your ribs. My family & I love Butt Rub. In Central Ca., we can only find itty bitty jars – enough for 1 rack of baby back ribs, but not spare ribs or a butt. Wish I knew where to get your big container.
Don't care for Stubbs tho. I'm the one that got stuck with that. Everyone else went with your Fox sauce. We have to mail order it.
Husband love the ribs. I cooked 6 minutes longer. My family loves fall off the bone ribs. Thanks for a great recipe.
