Good morning Julie, have you decided on a grain mill yet? I’ve been looking for awhile and can’t decide on a brand yet. I will be looking forward to videos on bread making. I have had thyroid issues for about 25 years. I don’t do gluten free because I don’t digest a lot of foods due to gastroparesis and starches are something I can keep down. I will be interested to see if you can tolerate gluten after a year and if you can tell if it makes you feel different. I agree that doing things in limits and being temperate is a good idea. Please don’t feel like you owe anyone explanations on how you cook, eat, or live. We are all doing the best we can and there will always be critics. Let them just ease on down the road. Those that know you, love you, and matter long term in your life will always be your biggest cheerleaders. 👩🌾👍💙
