So you're using an off the shelf commercial product as your chili seasoning, which is the heart of any chili recipe. Sounds to me like Carroll Shelby is the one who won those contests. Certainly not YOU. You're a fraud.
I've entered 8 chili contests, winning 5 of them. What your recipe shares with the 5 different types I made that won is simplicity, and a flavor and spice level that almost anyone can enjoy.
Thank you for sharing your recipe! You're absolutely correct in the red wine vinegar, it really adds a depth of flavor to the chili! I wouldn't have thought of adding it, so good call!! Stay well sir & thank you again!
I live in Japan and of course there is no good chili here and can't get the chili kit. Luckily my sons will be here next month from the states so I just ordered it. Can't wait to make it.
He fucked up by adding the beans at the beginning, always add the beans during the end of the cook, otherwise they break down into mash and make the chili feel like paste in your mouth
My secret ingrediant is 1 cup of strong brewed coffeee and a cup of dark oatmeal stout beer in a 4lb of meat recipe. I'd love to send you my recipe as I have come very close with spices to the box packetr you used. Def my favorite box kit.

You lost me at bell pepper
Thank you 🙏🏻
Love chili. This looks perfect! I still have a few cans of Nally’s original chili, great for chili rice and cheese, but I also love chili dogs!
If you put beans in it it is no longer chilli. It then becomes a goulash. Chilli does not have beans.
Far too many beans
No beans what so ever but does look tasty

My secret ingredients to award winning chili are celery, sugar and tomato juice
Would this work if I left out the beans?
Looks amazing thanks for sharing
