You both seem delightful. Loved the recipe… I did not have the Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning salute so I improvised, loved it! Keep up the great work! Oh! I added Celery to mine (I love celery) I have a request… similar one pot deal… mushrooms "in there" somewhere please! TY! (I love mushrooms too!)

I think you should practice opening and closing the lid off camera so you're not fussing so much in the video and taking away from the recipe. I think you need more practice with this cooker but thanks for sharing 🙂

Hi! Yes it was 85~ it's much better now. Instant Pot is fairly new I think. It is a pressure cooker. Electric. Love it. Like I said in the video, there is a bit of a learning curve. It sautes, slow cooks, makes soups, stews, beans, and a few more settings. Check it out at instantpot.com (I think that's right.)

Good day, Jill! This is the first I've heard of an Instant Pot? Is it like a pressure cooker? Tell me more! Wow, I can't believe it was 85 there yesterday? Wow, it was only 75 here in Cincinnati! I love how you make us feel like part of the family just hanging out in your kitchen. Let that JERK find a house somewhere else! haha

Wow! Can't believe it cooks that up that quickly. Pretty amazing. I might make something like this in a slow cooker. Obviously won't be quick or anything, but can still throw it in and leave it for the day. Looks delicious!
