I was playing this for Rich, & i heard my name mentioned, haha, more than once, Tnx for the shout out, so appreciate !! He had to leave, so i just finished watching. YUM YUM YUMMY !! I eat a lot of food, but Doug eats more than me. His metabolism must be faster than mine, I believe i heard, yrs ago, it slows down, from yo yo dieting , for 55 yrs, !! I was at my mom's over the weekend and I was craving escarole. She puts hot peppers and raisins in hers omg and Italian bread!
The eggroll is beautiful. The crunch gives a balance of texture – great idea. This looks delicious. Of course, you would have to hold me back from grating aged parmesan on the escarole. (Cheese fanatic here.) LOL!
