Thanks for the video , looks great. Maybe you could do a video on chilies. So is green chili the type of the chili or do you mean the colour? For example if I go to the markets here in 🇨🇦 on a lucky day there would be jalapeño, Serrano, poblano and Anaheim, I would choose the Anaheim is that what you mean. Also no way a criticism but no salt, pepper or cumin, Mexican oregano. Thanks for the time making the video I understand they are a lot of work. Oh I watched again s&p to taste.
I have a couple of questions (maybe more to follow): 1) do you put any oil in the pot before browning your meat? 2) how do you know when the onions and chicken broth are done? When the onions are soft?
