    Tried this recipe it was really yummy! Only thing i added a bit of soy sauce, sesame oil, a pinch of sugar and replaced chicken stock with water. I also added a bit extra water around 180ml cos we like ours with a bit more saucy to be consumed with rice. 👍

    I made this today and it is so yummy. Added to some Basmati rice and even added some hooters style wings on the side I like it crispy. Made some Swiss cheese, basil, tomatoe and french onion bruschetta and I am in heaven. Is there a THAI bruschetta recipe? I ordered your book today too! Great site.
