I made it perfect in my Instant Pot, when I first got it, but I've misplaced my booklet. I think if he had not put the towel over it and kept the steam in it wouldn't have gotten gummy…..maybe. 🙂
I had the same issue when I made rice. I'll have to ask on the FB group what the secret is to perfect rice in the IP. I still love, love, love my IP!
do you have the 6 quart 7 function pot? I think that is the one that I want. The prices have dropped almost or over $100 for Black Friday.
