Just got my first Cambro. Not for catering, but just did a whole prime rib and 2 pans of filling for my parents thanksgiving and had to use 3 coolers for the 40 minute drive. Next time it will be just the Cambro! Another good question answered! Cheers!

Cambros are life! They look more professional than your 7 day coolers for insulated transport devices. Right now seems to be a great time to stock up as I have seen a lot of used ones (the basic ones) selling for under 100.00.
