Great video!!! I have considered starting a channel but I am scatter rained I wouldn't know what the theme would be. LOL! I watch you primarily at work. I am blessed enough to have a job that I can sit and watch videos at night while my patients are sleeping. I am very nervous about putting myself out there in a video but I will tell you that you've really inspired me in so many ways. I didn't start welding until I saw you do it and selling my bbq was definitely a result of watching your videos. I know some people just want to see the cooking but trust me some of us need the talking segments as well. I know this was lengthy but I had to get that off my chest.

My questions for Dash:
(1) How many beers can you drink while explaining the controversy of "Fat Cap up vs.Fat Cap down"?
(2) Can you demonstrate your longest beer burp for us?

Well said Dash. Yuppers 😄 it's the truth, and you had me laughing so hard because it's the truth. I'm a year behind. Eric ( from Erik's bbq and more) asked me a damm good question about a week ago. He said " have you even filmed anything?" The truly embarrassing answer is no I haven't. I'm so confused about how to download I had forgotten I need to film first. Kinda putting the horse before the cart. So yes sir, thank you for putting me on the spot. Both you and Eric, I need to get off my ass. Spend less time being creative with making excuses and being more creative actually making content. Before I end this I want to mention something. I have noticed as of late a " lack" of thumbs down in all the videos I'm watching, and I do watch WAY TO MANY VIDEOS OF LOTS OF YOUTUBE CHANNELS. That's great to see. Maybe it's the Christmas spirit, people being nicer. It's a wonderful thought. Anyway, message sent and received. Hey, at least I know how to spell " cured" 😄. Inside joke folks.
