awww i love salads FULL of many many ingredients!! I can never seem to get brussel sprouts (or eggplant for that matter) to cook right so maybe i should try it raw. So questions darling girl – ginger! to peel or not to peel the skin? and speaking of skins, have you tried making banana skins into anything? – peeps seem to be making pulled "pork" and bacon. aaaand speaking of bananas have you cooked with banana blossom? You really are a food genius – a cookbook would be fine. Oh and is that a cat I can hear?
