Oh my gosh you guys! The editing on this was awesome. It was informative but hilarious. While I tend to cook all from scratch ( which this one was) and some of these videos have showcased recipes with canned or processed ingredients, I am enjoying the heck out of this video series. Kudos to John for his willingness to step out there with his cooking btw. That said, John, use a bigger knife! Bigger knife equals shorter prep time and less chance of doing damage to yourself 🤓🍷! I hope all is well with you two. I’ve been watching you since the beginning. You guys rock.
Looks good! Certainly gives me another reason to get a Foodi! As a personal preference, though, I would sauté the carrots with the pepper. But that's just me. 😉

Good stuff John. But as the chef in my marriage I will say that the labor in this one is way more than I want to invest in any meal. I love lettuce wraps, but never knew there was so much work to them.
