    Hi Ms Sara. May I know how many minutes must basmati rice be soaked in water prior to cooking. You forgot to include 2 cups/glasses of water in the ingredients. Is it really 2 only? Thanks

    I always eat kabsa when i was in jeddah saudi arabia….also i love the way of cooking chicken …they grill on the stone after grilling they put it on the top of kabsa rice….very delicious…..i never forget…..i miss saudi arabia….
