    ..yes it is tough to be on diet control…I lost 13kgs in 8months of time.with 16:8 intermittent fasting..I ate all home cooked food…One mini meal morning kanji with sundal or fruits, lunch : Regular south indian meal..but one cup rice more poriyal, to windup for dinner any south indian tiffen.. But during this period I didn't consume any store bought snacks, processed food.. i start my eating window by 10:30 and close by 6:30pm..it really works n gives u amazing result…pls try…include much of protein n fibre filled food👍 Best wishes for your weight loss journey.. looking forward for results 👍

    Don't start dieting first…eat everything but don't fill your stomach full…than only you can loose weight. slowly reduce your consumption of food…eat less it's not about obesity it's health👍
