    I first tried Keto Chow a few months ago. I was really hesitant because of the cost.I actually ordered a lot and found the flavors I liked the most. I started using heavy cream and found myself in the bathroom all day. I was really kind of bummed and thought I was having an issue with Splenda. I decided to experiment with different fats by making keto chow ice cream with butter. I was shocked at how delicious it was and even better i didn't get sick. I came to the conclusion that with large amounts of heavy cream was the problem. I started using butter and now back to keto chow land! Woohoo. Just a tip it could be anything that gives you a reaction.
