    Omg Christmas morning now.
I am so thrilled to be a fly on the wall listening to your Breakfast plans.
Hearing about your sons and husband and extended family, I hope we get to see them in celebration.

Lol, when I watched your first two counters full, I wondered if all your meals were going to be breakfasts, but finally we got to the third display, and some of the other meals. My, but that was a big order! Exhausting, I'm sure. Grocery shopping is hard work. God bless you all this Christmas.

Hello Denise, I enjoyed watching the video and seeing the thought and love you put into shopping for your family. You've considered everyone's eating style, and it's a shame that the weather has interrupted your Christmas plans with family. I'm in St. Louis Missouri, and it's bitterly cold. We're in the negative digits, and my extended family won't be gathering, but my household will still be filled with love and fun. Wishing you and your family a Happy Holidays and maybe things will turn around where your family can make it from out of town 😊- God Bless

You sure put a lot of thought, effort and money into your preparations. I’m sure you are so disappointed about the cancellation of your guests coming. That is one reason that winter is my least favorite season. The weather can wreck plans in a heartbeat. But of course, you want your family to be safe. So perhaps you can plan a family get together later on. I pray you and all your family have a blessed Christmas…..❤️🎄

Wheat an awesome haul! Grocery prices are outrageous. I sent hubby to the store for eggs and they were $4.79 a dozen!!! Unbelievable. Hope everyone stays warm and safe this holiday.

Mrs. Denise, you most certainly have a large grocery haul. I'm sure your family will be pleased with the meals you prepare. Merry Christmas to you & your family!! ❤️💚
Also, when will the Holly apron be available again? I was going to order it, but they were sold out. 😔

So sorry to hear some of your kids can’t come. We are having that issue too. It’s a bad time of year to not be able to get where you want to go. I understand the disappointment. Hoping we can both have a good time with whomever can make it home. God bless!

I feel for you and the big grocery haul. We spent about that much for a recent vacation food hail. It is very disappointing when big plans get postponed. The family will come for another event soon. I expect you might make videos of freezing chicken wings. and recipes to use leftover ham and turkey!!
All of my family is local so they will be able to come eat Christmas dinner. We are going easy this year, steaks and baked potatoes and Brussel sprouts with chocolate pie.

We are about to run out and get the last few things for the weekend. Our local family (son, dil, grands, parents, brother and his fam) will be here for a "party" of sorts Saturday afternoon. Sunday we will see most of them and an extra guest arriving for the afternoon and evening. Christmas Eve, we will have appetizers, pizza, and salad. We are having brisket and a seafood boil on Sunday. Charcuterie for lunch for just snacking if they are hungry. One son and his family live in Florida and won't be able to come this year. 😔 We will miss them but totally understand. Another son and daughter-in-law can't come until January. (work) So, we will celebrate then, too. They will be staying with us for a week. We aren't getting snow, but tomorrow night is supposed to be 9 degrees. So, hopefully, this rain we get dries up for the most part before the freeze gets here! Sorry about your plans! Can they come a few days later to celebrate and eat food?

Hope everyone still has a wonderful Christmas in your family, Denise. We’ve had a lot of delayed Christmas get-togethers on new years due to weather and family working. My mom is single and worked for the police department, so she let her kids go to in-laws for Christmas and worked the 24th and 25th most years (if she wasn’t at police station she was working a shift at local care home), so we five kids (and families) celebrated on New Year’s Day with her. Thank heavens for FaceTime and zoom and such. 🎄🥰

Denise, I live in Indianapolis and concerned about this potential winter storm! My sisters and I had planned a gathering at The Cake Bake Shop in Carmel for Friday and have had to cancel due to the dangerous conditions. So sorry your kids can’t make it, Merry Christmas anyway!! Love your content!

Denise, this winter storm is really putting a damper on family getting together for the holiday, but on the bright side you will have a stocked pantry. Woop! Woop! Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful family. 🎄🙏🏻

You were excited about having all the family for Christmas. I’m sorry the weather put a little damper on that, but it is best they stay where they will be safe. You did spend a lot, but everything is so expensive these days. But at least you’ll have food for those bad weather days. Merry Christmas to you and your family☃️❄️🎄

Perhaps have a Spring (Easter) family gathering.

Your adult children with food preferences are fortunate to have you as a mom. My Grandmothers, Mother and Aunts cooked and you ate what was served on the table. This "tradition" continues to this day in our family.

    Blessings and joyous Christmas

This weather is going to be BRUTAL. I'm sure it was difficult for family to make the decision to not travel. It just isn't worth risking it. We are in SE Missouri and expecting a little snow and -30 windchill. I'm sure your weather will be much worse. Your family and neighbors will be in my prayers.

When you add a winter storm to last minute Christmas shopping, it’s been bananas! I’m hoping the storm doesn’t hit quite as hard as they’re saying. It’s amazing to me that we had 59° last Christmas in Fort Wayne, and this year they’re saying we could get to 25 below zero windchill. That’s how Indiana rolls. I hope you’re still able to have a very Merry Christmas and stay safe and warm!

This is really funny… but when you said pescatarian, I thought at first it was a religious thing.. but I am also pescatarian but I don't really think about it. So I had to laugh… dumb moment. Enjoy these videos.

Oh, Denise! You've put so much thought and preparation into making this a glorious celebration for your loved ones only to have Mother Nature throw a wrench into the plan. I imagine the same scenario is playing across the country and others are finding their plans changing at the last minute as well. My son and his girlfriend are hosting Christmas again this year and it will only be three of us this time. He's decided on keeping it simple with a small ham (if he can find one) and a charcuterie board. I'll be bringing shrimp cocktail, deviled eggs, black and green olives, marinated artichoke hearts, dessert, and whatever else pops into my head between now and then. I wish you and your husband a VERY merry Christmas.

I’m glad your family are making safe choices though I know it’s a bummer they won’t be there for the holiday.
Grocery prices are getting downright ridiculous!

I am sorry your children are cancelling!! However, it is probably the prudent thing to do. We certainly do not want them ro be in an accident!

When you first started this video, I thought, " she has all those people to feed and that's all she had to buy?!"
