Looks good, but why the raisins?
Anne is one of the best teachers Food Network has ever had to this day. It’s partly why I watched Worst Cooks in America (until it became a reality show) , because I would actually learn techniques and tricks from her.

I think that if you soaked those raisins in a nice brandy overnight, that would improve the raisin flavor, plus adding some brandy flavor. Or rum, rum would be good too.

That's why I use silicone pastry brushes,lol. They don't " shed " on your food!!!😂😂😂 I use parchment or plastic wrap, SO much easier to roll !
