    This video reminds me of the time when I was learning how to cook. I had just bought the diet plan (created it from website called dietarize) at the age of 16 and started preparing my own meals from the food I got in the plan. I was so motivated back then. I broke my barriers when it comes to amount of food I can eat in a day, resulting in noticeable gains for a newbie. I recommend everyone to take care of their diet first, the rest will come naturally.

    1 ultra thin & crispy pizza crust (380 cal)
    120g Classico 4 cheese Alfredo sauce
    224 fat free mozzarella
    56g Sweet onion
    56g Green pepper
    224g Flank steak

    Sear steak on skillet
    450°F 10-12 min
    1237 cal (29 fat, 136 protein, 108 carb)

    Just bought the cookbook, recently lost 70 pounds since last July, want to maintain that. 240 to 170, and I am 51 yrs old.
