    I did this today. Not too bad. Gotta measure the flour or it's fatboy city. I over caked a few of my nuggets and it was too breaded for my liking. Also, the 12-15 minutes at 400 should probably be closer to the 12minute end of the spectrum. Still good. It's a base recipe to play with.

    Or is it like i thought that you take 60 gram fat and divide it by 4 meals and you eat 15 gram fat each meal ?

    Popcorn Chicken Ingredients and Nutritional Facts:
    1. Lay out some chicken breast on a scale. Trim off that fat.
    2. Take some egg beaters and put that in a bowl.
    3. Pickle Juice (optional) sprinkle a bit of that.
    4. Give them chicken a bath.
    5. Get another bowl – 40g all purpose flour
    6. 2g baking powder
    7. 1g salt 2g pepper
    8. 2g paprika 2g garlic powder
    9. Pick up pieces of chicken from egg wash and lay in flour
    10. Give it a shake and lay it in the egg wash a second time. Take it out and lay it on the flour again.
    11. Hit it with nonstick and put the chicken in the air fryer
    12. 400 Fahrenheit for 10-15 min
    13. Enjoy!

    If you want the “extra crispy” nooks and crannies, drip around a bit of the wet mix in the flour to create small clumps and press into the nuggz
    Edit to add: thanks to your precious videos I made something similar to this several times, usually end up tossing in Frank’s red hot sauce!

    Former college athlete here I’ve gone from 360 to weighed in today at 294 and not stopping any time soon, this diet makes 2000 calories feel like a lot of food especially when you pair it with IF not that you have to it just works for me!

    I want to give a shout out to the channel and will Tennyson. I dropped 50 pounds from January to May and went from an 18 percent body fat to 12. Then with weight training I was able to maintain my current weight. 186 but drop my body fat below 11. Still a ways to get where I want to be but alot further than I was 7 months ago. I was a fat slob.
