    I’ve not yet made those sliders- I hate onions…do you think they’d be good without? Also do you use straight deer burger for yours? My hubs isn’t a fan of straight deer but in the sliders wondering… I’d rather use it!

    You have legit been my 2nd mother from accross the big blue ocean,been following along for almost 4 years.
    These longer video's save me when i need to take some time away from the kidz and just need to sit on my spin bike or walk.
    this takes my mind of the exercise part and just keeps my mind occupied and motivates me.

    I found your channel in my suggestions. I’ve been teaching fitness since 2006 and you’re right it’s a never ending process. My weight has been pretty consistent but I also know that I thrive on routine. So I gained weight after moving to a new city recently and have now lost it all just doing Healthy Keto, fasting and counting Macros. After watching your vlogs I’m more motivated to get my pull-up and get back into the weight room consistently. Even people in fitness who love working out struggle with challenging themselves. It’s easy to say I taught three classes I don’t need to do anymore. But anyway you look fantastic! Keep up the good work. 👍🏻 I would add plenty of stretching, balance activities and maybe some Pilates just to create overall balance. I can tell when I’m not doing these. I know you used to incorporate this more in active rest days. 😉 I really enjoy your meal prep/planning videos. I get bored with food prep and really enjoy variety. 😄 I ordered The MacroFriendly plan you’ve been raving about too. 😄Very excited to try it!

    Girl, You are so impressive. Your attitude is wonderful. I just turned 70 and was walking 4 miles a day then my husband had foot surgery and put on the brakes. I am anxious to get started again. This crazy weather with 30 degrees one day and 50 the next. Crazy. Keep it up, proud of you! 💪🏼💪🏼 What are your calorie and protein goals daily? I've been doing WW but feel like I'm starving with only 18 pts a day.
