i finally just picked up my first airfryer a week or two ago, the Ninja Foodie with the two baskets and DAANNGGG I wish I had gotten one sooner. The thing is friggin AMAZING!! My chicken always comes out dry when i do it in the oven and anytime i do it in the pan i always need a ton of oil but the airfryer makes chickn perfectly.

I need a way to cook these skinless tenders that isn't a grill or air fryer. Our house is packed up to move and our bbq grill caught fire! What's a low fat low calorie way to cook them on the stove or oven without them being gross? HELP!

In the realm of desserts, one of my favorites is Crumbl Cookies, but, man..one cookie and you hit your calorie count for the day. Think you can do a Crumbl style anabolic cookie? With frosting? Love your content..thanks for turning me on to a whole new world!

I just wanna say I love your content man. Been on the anabolic diet for 3 weeks and as of today I have cut 10 pounds already. As a dad with limited time and working as a forklift driver it was a challenge. But ever since I started following your recipes and workouts its made a huge difference in my life and its still early. Just wanted to say thanks my man!!

If you want it a little spicier…. and not change anything in the recipe?

Just muddle the chilli flakes in your hand for a few moments before adding them. It releases the oils and will make your meal spicier!

Recipe looks great. I bought your cookbook back in Oct '21 and don't see it there (unless I missed it). I recall you saying that once you purchase, you can get updates after that for free. Is that still true? Do I use the link initially sent to me to do the updated download? Many thanks
