Keep in mind that your long time viewers care about you and wish for your well-being. Disagreement with your methodology doesn’t equate to people trying to diss you or bring you down. It is likely that they don’t want to see you taken advantage of. If you feel better, then that’s ultimately a good thing for you.

Im also creature of habit when it comes to the food. When I like something I will eat it every single day. Right now I'm obsessed with avocado toast with tomato on the top. I like to plan my meals and I need to do it so my grocery shopping is more efficient and I won't end up spending way to much on thing I don't need. So my next plan is – salmon with your sauce and of course – barbacoa beef! Can't wait.

We're having barbacoa beef for dinner tonight! My kids love it so much. I make a huge batch and freeze it for a quick dinner. I really enjoyed this video and seeing your go to recipes. ☺️

Lan, this is a really good video. And informative, interesting. I’m sorry that you were judged about your process. There’s nothing wrong with exploring different avenues when it comes to diet and nutrition. I don’t think what you were doing was dangerous or really on the edge. Anyway, you’ve learned a lot about your body! And your skin. 💁🏻‍♀️💕

I’m sorry people discouraged you! The proof is definitely in how you feel! There is actually a lot of emerging research on these tests people probably don’t know about and they definitely have a purpose.

Fellow non-measurer here to say I loved this video! Nutrition and what we feed our bodies with is such a personal journey but it’s always fun to see what other people eat on a regular basis.

I am a sucker for a cooking video but it is especially fun to watch you cook. It’s actually quite magical how organic and natural it is for you to cook and just throw things together. You’re also super silly the whole time which adds to the entertainment. I say MORE cooking videos in the future please.

I love watching your videos while doing my workouts and I just laughed so hard midway doing pushups when you said 'I would instantly have my morning coffee poo and it wasn't nice.. it was like diarrhea' hahahaha that's why you're the best

I tried all these before and all this time my body was just unhappy with dairy. 3 years later, my skin is still glowing and lost one pant size. Hope you find your diet ! Diary-free diet changed my life.

If you want to Amp up the beefy flavour and don't mind taking some extra steps, try browning the meat really well on the stove top and sautéing the aromatics in before adding liquid and putting in the oven. I find it helps develop more flavor and will even help the broth get even more tasty!!!

Nightshades…They kill me 🙁 but I LOVE THEM! I know I have a lot of inflammation I try to eat right ? But all the veggies I love …I can’t eat!? I need to do this elimination but I’m also type 2 ( I don’t eat a lot of sugar ? Also something going on with my body and a neuro endocrine cancer I have ) so I skip the carbs like oatmeal which I would love! But I’m trying to watch all carbs due to the type 2…so basically I can’t eat anything but paper and water !!😅

If you ever want to switch things up a bit try roasting your asparagus it’s so good! The tips get all crispy (that’s what she said) and it really intensifies the flavour. Just play eon a sheet tray, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. You can even add some chopped rosemary or lemon juice if you like. Then roast at 425 for about 10 minutes for thin stocks like you had today or 15-19 minutes for thicker stocks.

Barbacoa beef is in my partner and my weekly routine since you first shared it – SO good. We add a little apple cider vinegar to the broth mixture. Going to make the maple salmon tomorrow!

If you can’t find chuck roast, you can get a pot roast or shoulder roast. It’s all from the same area of the cow. Or find a butcher or grocery store with a butcher and they can cut one for you. 😉

I make a similar maple Dijon sauce for chicken thighs. It's maple syrup, Dijon Mustard and a splash of rice vinegar. I use it on chicken thighs baked uncovered at 420 for about 25 -30 mins. It's soooo good. I definitely need to try the salmon 🤤🤤🤤
