    Made it and it was DELISH! Used crock pot, but followed other instructions near exact. Meaning found an open bottle of Merlot of top of the refrigerator and added a quarter cup. Talk about a flavor boost, wow. And served over extra wide noodles just like you did. Have watched many of your videos and those on some of the cooking channels too. Difference is your videos use everyday food so you don't have to buy specialty items and spend $40 to create a single meal!! Keep it going !

    that looks and sound awesome! i would add a 1/4 tsp of sage but I dont think it tastes any less than awesome without…. i know it is great and love that rich dark gravy. do you think a hunter sauce would be good?

    This looks yummy I will definitely be giving this a try. I have different meals that I cook winter time and summer time, but all my Australian friends have salads etc in winter! and casseroles in summer!! I think they are weird😀
