I loved part one and part two didn’t disappoint. I’m curious as to what Nick thought of the trip, if he liked all the places (except New Orleans)as much as you. The sad face of your daughter after the terrifying Rollercoaster 🥺poor thing 😘

Chelsea, love your vlogs and perspectives on America! So glad the accessibility was good for Nick. We're so glad you could come and spend time here. I have been to New Zealand many years ago, and although I am not a fan of the mountains, I loved the people and all the sheep and sheepdogs I met along the way. Safe travels and please keep sharing your thoughts!!

Ahhh we had so much fun!! The POD leaders retreat and then you visiting me was such a highlight this year. Also it took me longer than I’m proud of to clue in to the fact that you were sitting in my spare room talking in the video. 😹

Oh No! Sorry about your experience in New Orleans. The quarter is about 15 mn from me and I have not been in 15 years. It is not the best of what our city has to offer.
    Love this series.

We use to make special trips up to Portland (Oregon) for Voodoo donuts. We live about an hour south. But sadly I developed a wheat allergy after a couple of pregnancies. They were so good! Occasionally my hubby will pick sone up for him and the kiddos but it has been a while since he went.

I am so happy your family got to experience DISNEY 🧚🏼 I think it is everything you dreamed of and MORE! There is good and bad in every country, just as there are good and bad people in the world. Nice to hear your experience was overall a good experience! Wish the Covid wouldn’t have hit your family so hard at the beginning but you made the most of a bad situation and moved on to bigger and better things! It is so true that America has to many unhealthy fast food options- I have been plant based for 22 months now and it’s been a challenge but loving it so far. Hope you return to America again someday! Fun to watch you and your family enjoy the simple pleasures!

I wish I'd known that you were coming to Phoenix, I would have loved to have met you. I am sorry your visit here was mucked up by Covid, the vegan scene/food is pretty phenomenal here!
