    1) Line an 8×8" baking tin with baking paper.

    2) Crush 250g digestive biscuits in a blender or put them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

    3) Pour the crushed biscuits into a bowl and mix with 100g melted unsalted butter until combined.

    4) Pour the mix into your tin and press it down firmly.

    5) In a large bowl, whisk together 500g room temperature cream cheese, 100g icing sugar and 150g melted & cooled white chocolate until combined.

    6) Scoop the mix onto your base and smooth it out.

    7) Add 200g white chocolate and 100ml double cream to a measuring jug and microwave on medium (500W) for 1min 30s – 2mins.

    8) Remove the jug from the microwave and gently stir the mix until smooth.

    9) Pour the mix over the cheesecake and smooth it out.

    10) Add 16 Milkybar chunks to the top.

    11) Refrigerate for 4 hours minimum, until set.

    12) Enjoy!
