    I made this todsy. I did the caramel and used a thermometer and reached 125 after boiling but there was some separation, the oil from the butter .. the caramel was way too soft… what did I do wrong?

    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
    125g Unsalted Butter, melted

    Yummmm!!!! My question is where do you buy your brown parchment paper? Lol. I can only find the white rolls and they are such a pain to use because they always need to be cut to size and it just curls up😋
