    Great easy recipe just one thing when you say 30% what power microwave are you talking about. I have a 700watt. I am assuming that you probably have 1000 or maybe 1200watt. Can you clarify please. Otherwise ver clever recipes, great stuff.

    Yes, you can make the pudding ahead of time, and reheat it using the instructions in the video description under the video. You can double the ingredients, but I recommend making two puddings rather than one big one – as you risk the pudding not cooking properly in the centre 😉
