I know it might not be as nutrient dense but would cheese be ok instead of coconut oil in terms of healthy fat? Would it still be 0 carb, i was thinking like a burger bowl kinda thing for my re feed meal as I’m finishing a 92 hour fast. Thanks x

Ohhh this is a good one Charlie !!! When you say "5% steak mince" would that kinda translate to "5% ground sirloin" here in the states you think ? Usually what we have is 7/93 instead of 5/95, but it's most likely the from the same cut – sirloin you think ? Cause we can also get ground chuck which I know is a cheaper cut and is usually 20/80 (I refuse to buy that). Do you guys have a seasoning from Grill Mates ? You can use it as a rub on BBQ or as seasoning in meat itself….I really enjoy the Smoked Maple….gives meat such a good flavor for 0 calories. I would also think you could throw in a half a teaspoon of minced garlic. Good stuff Charlie
