Yummy. I will try this. Sounds amazing.
I started out with low carb & then gradually went keto & then carnivore. I had the most profound health benefits AFTER I cut out all plants. I don't seem to have any negative reaction to small amounts of black pepper or garlic powder, but I might try cutting those out as well, just to see what happens!
Giving this a try today! I also watched last years Halloween video. What a hoot! Great creativity. Looking forward to this years!
Love this recipe. Thank you for all the work you guys put into your videos. You have some delicious ideas. I have a question and Iām sorry if itās been asked before but how do you clean that mesh bun pan? I have the exact same one and struggle with getting all the stuck bread. Any tips?
Bacon grease butter buns! Yum! These look amazing!
I wonder how these would work in the stuffler?
Wendy I love your channel. Can you share the link or name of your carb app. There are so many out there.
I'm a visual person so I need to see tge app pic or actual name.
TY
Thank you for the book suggestion today. I'll have to check it out. š
I have your very same grater. Itās a life saver! Thank you so much for sharing your app. I added it to my phone and it has already helped me realize what Iām doing wrong.
An OLD dog learned a new trick! š¤£šš¤£š¤£
Wendy, what is the exact title of your recipes in Carb Manager? I havenāt been able to find any of them š¢
Those looked really good! I like the addition of bacon grease. I need to order one of the graters. I would think the butter and bacon grease stays colder longer since you're not touching it. Thank you for the video.
Your English muffins look great! I wonder how they would look if cut open with a fork like you do a Thomas's š anyway I prefer the sound of Bacon Fat rather then Grease…when I hear the word grease I automatically think of that black nasty car grease š
Little Sally Girl is spoiled. I dont know who did it, but somebody spoiled her really bad!!
I ordered one of Dr. Gundry's powdered vegetable stuff to drink and I broke out in major hives. I think there was something in that mix that caused the reaction. They happily refunded my money, but putting that many vegetables and fruits into a mix you don't really know which one is the offender. I still think just eating real food is the best.
I have a question. I am going for a colonoscopy tomorrow and I wondered how you handled the instructions to eat a lot of fiber.
I need to check into Dr Gundry. Since starting keto 2 yrs ago, I have had lots of dry scalp issues in my hair. I donāt know if thatās related to keto or not but Iām looking into options
Yum!!! Yes I started with Gundry because of allergic reactions and brain fog which lead me to Keto. But I totally forgot about black pepper probably because I love it and didn't think I was that big of a deal. But I think ur right it is. White pepper here I come. Those muffins looks delicious.
Love these , but is there a recipe I can Print? first time here love it
Thanks
Carnivore Pork-n-Beef Buns!!
Love your jewelry! As a Lapidary and Silversmith gem hunter and miner. I love it all!
I dont follow him BUT I have seen a few posts that makes sence to me. I will read this book now that you did because he has fancinated me. Thanks for the recommendation.
I have used Cronometer for years. I really like it. It must just be what youāre used to. I have hundreds of my recipes saved in the app. It gives me all of the macros for whatever portion I choose.
I also have these mesh pans. My only issue with them is that when I hand wash, run it through the dishwasher or I even tried the washing machine trick (Yes putting it in the washing machine) and I still get stuff stuck to the bottom (on the backside) of the pan. I have to re-scrub them. I have tried several ways of washing them. I donāt spray them with any spray before baking anymore as that isnāt a problem. Sticking is no problem for me. I am going to try the batter of these tomorrow (my next day off from work). I canāt wait. I am going to use my silicone bun pan. I already froze some minced up butter (I have a lot of problems grating the butter so I just mince it really finely, works for me).
Looks yummy. I'll be trying this for sure! Thanks for your creativity! ā¤ļøš„°ā¤ļø
I donāt like Cronometer either. Iām a truck driver and need the option to enter things like āMcDonaldās quarter pounder no bun no ketchupā Cronometer does not have that info in their data base. At least not that I can figure out.
Maybe read Dr Joel Fuhrman next. About micronutrients..
Today Joe and Rachel had some interesting comments about CGMs.
BB English muffins
Sally was ready for hers. So cute.
I am sensitive to salicylates, which are in most plants and vegetables. If you are allergic to aspirin and soaps, you may be sensitive to salicylates. It is thought that plants produce salicylates as a natural insecticide. It is in tomatoes, tea, almonds, coconut oil, olive oil, and many more. I recommend the YT channel, low-sal-life. Thanks so much for recommending The Plant Paradox.
I was watching a video and I found myself disagreeing with this doctor. I used to love this doctor. I started thinking about how we hear what we want and what we donāt agree with we turn off. I have a set belief and itās new. I want Gundrys book because heās on my radar. I donāt mind new information but this video I watched was so awful. Iām going to email you who it was and what both drs were talking about. You might not even know who they are but the one dr is from Washington. I used to work in a jewelry store and lapis quickly became my favorite stone.
I should learn not to watch when fasting!! Yummy!!!!!!!!! Happy Birthday Felicia!!ššš¾
Did you get the steak without any spices on them
Harry, can I have your onion rings?
I use the grater attachment for my Kitchen Aid stand mixer to grate the frozen butter works great. I use it for cheese also. Have not tried frozen bacon yet. Tell Felicia happy birthdayš
I'm curious to see your measurements. You look smaller.
Good morningšš
