I started out with low carb & then gradually went keto & then carnivore. I had the most profound health benefits AFTER I cut out all plants. I don't seem to have any negative reaction to small amounts of black pepper or garlic powder, but I might try cutting those out as well, just to see what happens!

Love this recipe. Thank you for all the work you guys put into your videos. You have some delicious ideas. I have a question and Iā€™m sorry if itā€™s been asked before but how do you clean that mesh bun pan? I have the exact same one and struggle with getting all the stuck bread. Any tips?

I have your very same grater. Itā€™s a life saver! Thank you so much for sharing your app. I added it to my phone and it has already helped me realize what Iā€™m doing wrong.

Those looked really good! I like the addition of bacon grease. I need to order one of the graters. I would think the butter and bacon grease stays colder longer since you're not touching it. Thank you for the video.

Your English muffins look great! I wonder how they would look if cut open with a fork like you do a Thomas's šŸ™‚ anyway I prefer the sound of Bacon Fat rather then Grease…when I hear the word grease I automatically think of that black nasty car grease šŸ˜†

I ordered one of Dr. Gundry's powdered vegetable stuff to drink and I broke out in major hives. I think there was something in that mix that caused the reaction. They happily refunded my money, but putting that many vegetables and fruits into a mix you don't really know which one is the offender. I still think just eating real food is the best.

I need to check into Dr Gundry. Since starting keto 2 yrs ago, I have had lots of dry scalp issues in my hair. I donā€™t know if thatā€™s related to keto or not but Iā€™m looking into options

Yum!!! Yes I started with Gundry because of allergic reactions and brain fog which lead me to Keto. But I totally forgot about black pepper probably because I love it and didn't think I was that big of a deal. But I think ur right it is. White pepper here I come. Those muffins looks delicious.

I have used Cronometer for years. I really like it. It must just be what youā€™re used to. I have hundreds of my recipes saved in the app. It gives me all of the macros for whatever portion I choose.

I also have these mesh pans. My only issue with them is that when I hand wash, run it through the dishwasher or I even tried the washing machine trick (Yes putting it in the washing machine) and I still get stuff stuck to the bottom (on the backside) of the pan. I have to re-scrub them. I have tried several ways of washing them. I donā€™t spray them with any spray before baking anymore as that isnā€™t a problem. Sticking is no problem for me. I am going to try the batter of these tomorrow (my next day off from work). I canā€™t wait. I am going to use my silicone bun pan. I already froze some minced up butter (I have a lot of problems grating the butter so I just mince it really finely, works for me).

I donā€™t like Cronometer either. Iā€™m a truck driver and need the option to enter things like ā€œMcDonaldā€™s quarter pounder no bun no ketchupā€ Cronometer does not have that info in their data base. At least not that I can figure out.

I am sensitive to salicylates, which are in most plants and vegetables. If you are allergic to aspirin and soaps, you may be sensitive to salicylates. It is thought that plants produce salicylates as a natural insecticide. It is in tomatoes, tea, almonds, coconut oil, olive oil, and many more. I recommend the YT channel, low-sal-life. Thanks so much for recommending The Plant Paradox.

I was watching a video and I found myself disagreeing with this doctor. I used to love this doctor. I started thinking about how we hear what we want and what we donā€™t agree with we turn off. I have a set belief and itā€™s new. I want Gundrys book because heā€™s on my radar. I donā€™t mind new information but this video I watched was so awful. Iā€™m going to email you who it was and what both drs were talking about. You might not even know who they are but the one dr is from Washington. I used to work in a jewelry store and lapis quickly became my favorite stone.
