    At least your kids are nice, your bf is not hospitalized from the injuries in a car accident that totaled the whole car and his body by a criminal, your mentally ill teen didnt try to kill you with a knife and now sits in jail and your abusive mom doenst call crying from the nursing home cuz she is on lockdown. Think about all that when you feel stressed. This is my life.

    I cannot drink tea while fasting. Tannins in tea make me nauseous. Also, whether I do ADF, 48, 72 or even a 5 day fast, I can break it with anything–I don't have to ease into eating with broth. I can go right into eggs, veg, whatever keto foods I normally eat. Just shows how differently everyone is. I also stopped drinking ACV as I can't stand it and never felt benefits. I drink water with potassium and sodium (snake juice), Zevia sodas, flavored mineral water. Collagen does break a fast but if it works for you, who cares, right! I also drink HWC in my coffee which breaks a fast but the insulin response is super low, a mere blip. I add Pyrue stevia as well and while it spikes blood sugar in some people, it lowers mine. So, I will continue. I also don't count macros but I've been "dieting" and/or doing keto/low carb forever so I understand how things work. Beginners probably should track until they "get it." There is no perfect formula or one-size-fits-all so everyone has to find there way. Thanks for your constant hard work, energy and inspiration!

    Thank you Jess for motivating. I did watch your video right before lunch time; so I thought to do Keto fast today like bullet coffee with MCT oil, and butter. And lots of water; and green tea today. I also would like to loose 11 pounds by end of this month ! I am with you 👍

    I think both of you are so cute. I am trying to give up the diet sodas so will be looking for the sparkling waters they sound like a reasonable option for me. Thank you so much and by the way I like lime juice in my acv drink otherwise it the same.

    Love seeing mom and dad. I have this 24 hour fast pretty much down pat. My only problem is sometimes I get head fog. Can't think clearly. I drink more water, but sometimes it doesn't help. Any suggestions?

    Fasting saves money! All the meals not eaten will reduce your grocery bill as well as your waistline! My longest fasts are 24 hours/water only. 16:8 has become very easy so I think I am going to alternate between 16:8 and 18:6 on my eat days. This time home is helping me push longer. I look forward to Thomas Delauer, Dr. Berg, 2FitDocs and The Diet Doctor videos onthe benefits of Fasting. Seeing all the positive research helps me through the tough moments.

    I'm going on a fast starting aftee dinner tonight but lately I have had a hard time staying on track. I eat keto food but over eat. I find it is as bad as eating non keto meals for me. Makes me feel bad. Hopefully this gets me on track and hopefully I can accomplish this 48hr fast. Wish me luck. This video was amazing thank you. I love when you have your family on your videos you guys have such a good vibe.

    I love my ACV but I use distilled water, a squirt of lemon juice too. You can even add some ginger and Dr. Berg even said ginger. If you like it, you'll crave it. Redmonds sea salt you can incorporate when you eat or just put some in your hand and have some. Would love that your dad enjoys it instead of just having to get through it. Start slow with it until pretty much you crave it. 🙂

    You and your dad are great. I enjoyed his input. I tried a fast yesterday and your right, it's a huge mind game with you and against your body. I wasn't quite ready for no food at all. I did a low calorie protein/ keto shake and I took my metamucil fiber cookies for dinner. I lost 3 pounds. Will see if it stays gone. 😃😃

    Going to start this challenge with you guys for the month of April. I am going to start slow with the 500 calories to start on my fasting day. Question on you eating days are you still IF or counting calories? And are you still working out on fasted days?

So, I think dad will loose 4.5lbs and you Jess 3lbs but it's not about the scale it's about how you rock it girl and you are all doing so well during this time.     I just ordered the Lupin flour! Thanks for the biscuit recipe. I decided to do a 20:4 fast every day with OMAD this week to see how that goes. I started Keto on 2-11-2020 and have been happy so far. After about two weeks, I started a 16:8 fast. Perhaps next week I will do a longer fast. I found you near the end of February and you have been a blessing and an inspiration. I am down 10 pounds but have been stuck for about three weeks. So glad you are posting an exercise video tomorrow. I also ordered the icecream pan that you use.
