Oh Anu you're going to love me lol… So let me start by saying there is no girl on YouTube that matches nail polish to her Instant pot 🙂 and what a colour fabulous. I had one of these and really wasn't impressed. The pressure is only 10psi where as the good old pressure cooker goes to 12-15psi mine is 15psi and the difference is huge.. Yes the Instant is good for this and that but I hate them.. Never saw a chef use one in a busy kitchen.. Anyway I'll cook this the long way because that's the kind of guy I am.. Thanks for this except the Instant pot 🙂
