WOW. I grew up with mushroom rice pilaf. This brings back memories. I am loving the ingredients in this recipe! My sister loves cherries! I'd like to make this for her Easter dinner or her birthday but my problem is that I am no longer allowed to bring my Ninja Foodi PC to her house. Why you ask? Well, it was Thanksgiving and I said, I'll bring my Ninja Foodi PC and we can try to cook the turkey in it. So we got the turkey inside (She had it in a brine). It came near the top of the 8qt Ninja Foodi PC and I added the liquid along with carrots, Onions and celery. Closed the pressure lid and set it. About 25 minutes later it had come to pressure and my nephew and I decided to run the store to pick up something. As we walked to the driveway, my sister opened the window and yelled "The Turkey Exploded". My nephew and I looked at each other and then ran into the house. He quickly unplugged the Ninja and there was a total mess in my sister's kitchen. On the walls, ceiling, floor. The lid did not come off, but all the juices and carrot fragments were all over the place. I opened the lid and the turkey looked ok, but the vegetables were nearly disintegrated. We cleaned up the mess and I put the crisper lid on to finish the turkey. To our surprise, the turkey was delicious! It was moist and crispy. We laughed at out turkey dinner escapade and then I went home to try to figure out what had happened. So because of this, I am no longer allowed to bring my Ninja PC. So long story short…Can I make your recipe and bring it to her house in a pyrex dish?

this looks amazing! I really like dill. What combo of ingredients do you suggest?
I'm sorry to go off topic, but I believe in your new kitchen video you were having trouble removing labels from some spice jars. I had the same problem with a coffee mug price tag. I tried Everything! just like you. Finally I used COLD water, soap & a scrubbie. It finally came off easily.
