    Great video. Will be using this method in the future.
    I take multivitamins so not worried about heating almonds. Trade off for the faster method is well worth it.

    Soak your almonds in coconut water or water with silver…OR any nutrient rich water you have over night. Blend 1 cup almonds with 2-3 cups of filtered water then pour into cheese cloth or pantyhose and squeeze out all the milk. You dont want to heat them up.

    Lord bless ya sir. However I'm an ol country boy and have never seen a cow that had almond tits. Ya could call it almond juice I guess?

    No instant pot.
    So we soak almond in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
    Can we put on stove top on low heat for 1 hour let it cool then soak in the fridge for half the time?
