The many times we have been to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg we have never went to Bushes. We will have to do this when we come back.
Asians use Mung bean in a sweet confection. Beans have a neutral flavor. I was happy to see them in a sweet dessert, and not just savory! ๐

We were there in May, but the museum was closed. The food is excellent! And that pie!!!
