This interview was amazing. I can relate to Bryce because I too was overweight and bullied in grade school and subsequently took my health into my own hands and lost 40 pounds and got into weight lifting. Now that I have kids it's figuring out how to balance all the kids snacks around me constantly and not giving into convenience food too often. One thing you can see about Bryce is he is committed to whatever he is doing and I admire that. Thanks for your constant inspiration and positive content.

Very relatable. I was also fruitarian/raw vegan for a couple of years.. even did a 3 month juice fast. Can relate to the weight loss! I’m just now getting more into carnivore and, as I’m sure Bryce would attest, it’s certainly easier to be satiated on carnivore than it is on fruit mono meals.

    Great video!

I have an experience with acid reflux too which get me into keto, carnivore you name it 😅 at first I felt great but then I lost a lot of weight, some kind of food disorders, hormones just out of order and can’t gain it back because I just don’t want to eat at first and second I just don’t know what to eat😂so many different stories and opinions

This is great stuff, thanks for posting! I really like your fitness journey. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me lose some weight and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

Bryce shows us that finding what is right for ourselves is a journey or trial and error. What is important is starting and refining. Sometimes I get so frustrated but then I need to remind myself of where I’ve come from. I may not feel like I’m there yet but I’m so much healthier and happier than in 2019

Ok. I've only stumbled on your channel a couple of days ago, so I'm only three or four videos in.I was instantly hooked on your energy (and great content, editing and positive outlook)! instant subscriber for sure. The fact that you mentioned Dr Berry more than once was a huge bonus for me. I was just wondering if I was ever going to meet 'the boy' that was seen from the back mostly or from the waist down while cooking, or behind the camera always and BAM there we have it — this video! Thanks so much for doing this one. I really appreciate getting to 'meet' Bryce and his back-story and thought-process and motivations. Please keep the awesome-ness coming!!! again THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOU (you to are extremely beautiful inside and out!).

Absolutely loved this style of video. It was great to get to hear from Bryce and what he has experienced on the various diets he has been on. I did keto for a while/ Now trying to do more of an animal based diet with some fruit. Love the LMT electrolytes! Those are amazing. I don't know that I will ever go full carnivore (I still like having my morning coffee although I have found I don't need it every morning which is a good thing.)

Until my junior year in high school, I was a member of the “second fattest kid in school” club, too. I went to three different elementary schools and three different high schools due to moving and eventually the divorce of my parents. In each school, I was the second fattest kid. I got bullied and the #1 fattest always wanted to be my friend. I had a mostly bad childhood with a largely dysfunctional family. My carb addiction (especially sugary desserts and junk food snacks) hurt my long term health but saved my life. A vertical growth spurt in the summer between my sophomore and junior year in high school slimmed me down. I used calorie restriction and exercise over the subsequent years to avoid being too fat but I never achieved metabolic health until doing keto around two years ago at the age of 63. Now I’m 98% carnivore and trying to avoid traditional medical advice and prescription medications.

great video 👍🏼I like your guys open approach to different ways of eating and diets and willingness to learn from others. I wish we had specific directions on how to eat. But if you think about foods in nature, there is so much amazing delicious things to eat. And also Jesus ate some different kinds of foods available to him, you think he would know. But different kinds of diets can be healing at different times. It’s great to have social media to learn from each other and discuss these topics.

At 75 I'm doing pushups and inverted rows 6 days a week on a carnivore diet. 200 pushups or 150 inverted rows. And looking to continue increasing my sets and reps. My motto: If the last rep didn't hurt, you stopped too soon. At my age, nothing is better than actually feeling GOOD every day and feeling STRONGER every day.
