I don't know Doug…you are really trying to talk me into this air fryer. You are so right about eggs fried or scrambled with bacon grease. I grew up with that (well, when my mom wasn't dieting) and introduced hubby to it who then introduced his friends to it during hunting trips. It is such a flavor bomb. Did you keep all of the grease from the bacon you fried for the eggs? I was just curious. If it were me I would pour the grease out and just whatever was left would have been just perfect for flavor on the non- stick surface. And I usually fluff my scrambled eggs up with a little milk and if I want to get real creative I'll add them to some homemade hash browns, and a little onion. In my family we call it "egg tater," lol! This looked real good! Thank you for sharing!
