In addition to the high smoke point, Avocado oil is also a "neutral" oil meaning it doesn't really taste like anything as opposed to olive oil which had a distinct taste.

Hey doug, just for your information, you can do it for about 22 minutes without the crisper plate. I did do four thighs, and being visually impaired I could not obviously see the color of it, but I used my meat thermometer did not have to flip it and the chicken was crispy on the bottom and the top the bottom did not burn, and I did use zatarain's flower but probably since you're using the crisper that's probably why you have to turn it also but great job chicken sounds great going to finish watching, just wanted to let you know I already took one for the team a few weeks ago when I first bought this machine thanks to you I got it, keep up the great work man 😂
