    That does look really good. I may make it tomorrow. I'd have thought that after cooking at 400F for 40 minutes it would have been hard as a rock, but apparently not. Thanks!

    An air fryer is a convection oven that can go in the dishwasher. If you have an oven you have an air fryer. If you have an oven that can hold 200°F you have a crock pot. If you have a pressure cooker you have an instant pot. The basic lack of common sense in the younger generations is alarming.

    Just tried this recipe out and made 1 big round loaf instead of 2 smaller ones. I did run into a problem when the bread rose too much in the air fryer (philips turbostar 3qt) and it started to burn because it was in contact with the heating element. I ended up flipping the bread over and pushing it down so it wouldn't touch the heating element and it came out fine. Just a heads up if you have a smaller air fryer.
