Can't wait to try this in my new ninja Foodi smart lid. They sent my replacement and it is working great. Are you planning on getting one and making recipes?

I have found that All-purpose flour with the seasoning rolled in the egg mixture and then in the panko bread crumbs also works. Just an idea. 🙂 You are AWESOME! Without YOU I would still be intimidated by my air fryers if not for you! Now I will try ANYTHING!

We like a little extra sauce. What do you suggest? The dijon mustard & mayonnaise? Or something like a horseradish sauce to give it a bite? Smoked turkey and gouda cheese with spinach would be a great stuffing also. Yummy!!!

Made 4 of these yesterday and froze them. Cooked 2 tonight with 4 baby potato's cut in half with paprika, onion powder, chicken salt in my Instant pot duo crisp pre-heat 10 mins and cooked for 45 mins. Came out beautiful. Thanks for your video's.

This is my same recipe except for the prep. I found it easier to not pound the chicken down so thin, but to slice into the breast not all the way in half (think, half of a pita pocket). Then stuff the pocket and finish with your same recipe. This way is easier to build and seal and nothing oozes out. They are great to pre make a lot and freeze them.

Loved this recipe however i would just change the chopped reformed ham flavoured slices for real boiled or honey roast ham. I don’t see the point of using quality ingredients and letting it down with “sandwich ham” Makes a big difference. But will deffo try this 👍

mmmmmmmm……I also went to your Amazon picks because I was hoping to find the breading trays that you are using but did not see them there. Do you remember where you got them?

These look absolutely delicious Louise. I have made these in the past but not with the mayo mixture and I certainly didn’t have an AF then. I will be trying your recipe very soon!
    Stay well!

Ha, you make it too easy 😀

That looks like a good way to spiff up random leftovers that aren't enough for a full serving — just roll 'em up with chicken and cheese.
