Nice air fryer however is the loading food area plastic or metal ? Asking because most of these plastic components are actually toxic to cooking and leches into our foods . If you have one where it’s fully metal inside it would be safer. Just a mention that’s all 😊

Didn’t work at all! Inedible – burnt and dry! I know I didn’t have many sprouts – so I put them in at 360 for 7 minutes – expecting to give them a shake – they were as described – Threw them out – so bad!

I can't wait till my garden grown Brussels are ready for harvest.
I've been cooking a ton of veggies in my air fryer. Asparagus comes out particularly good in it.

Would love any ideas/ videos of doing corn on cob in air fryer, haven't figured that one out.

    Cheers to healthier eating!

Another keeper! This one was as close to restaurant quality as I've gotten to so far, and will definitely make again. If your sprouts are a bit on the small side it probably wouldn't hurt to back the temp down a bit if that's your preference, but I kind of like them on the charred side.
