The only adjustment I would make, because this is how I also cook them, is to be careful of the time. Better to undercook and then cook a little more rather than over cooking. My Microwave is 900W and I would have cooked those two potatoes for about 4mins first, tested with a fork and then more dependant on the result.

It takes at least 45 minutes for me to cook a baked potato in my air fryer. I do poke holes and add olive oil and kosher salt. However, I do wrap mine in foil. I just cannot comprehend how they can be done in 10 minutes. Usually, 50 minutes for mine.

Interesting videos, but please learn the difference between 'Bananas' and 'Plantains' ? You called it a 'Banana' (sugar-based) with your video chips' one, but used a Plantain (starched-based). Another one I watched for banana cake you used a whole cup of sugar – OMG, The three bananas contain 'sugar', so I hate to think how many calaries that cake contained.

Holes in the potato do absolutely nothing unless the potato is very old. It stops the skins of old potatoes splitting while cooking; it doesn't make the potatoes cook any quicker or more evenly, so there's no need to stab at them like this, It's just a surface mark.
