That was so very helpful. I have a similar story where my RA came on fast and furious. Her symptoms were so much like mine that it was comforting to hear. For example carrying her purse then having pain from just that. Thanks for sharing 😊

A really informative vlog. I have bought Indira's wonderful book and have begun making delicious recipes from it. My young daughter is type 1 diabetic, hashimoto's and celiac and my other daughter has high antibodies for thyroid but no diagnosis or meds. What positive effects would we see in their health by adopting Aip? I am trying to do the transition to a more Aip diet for them, but its proving to be very difficult, plus my hubby and sons are not too interested. They will eat the Aip food but then still eat cereal, regular pasta etc. I also live with my in laws who eat all the traditional typical Indian food which they mostly prefer to cook themselves, but its still difficult. I am trying to teach them how it will be beneficial. Even my sister in UK , who has RA since she was 20, is also not incorporating the ideas. I feel it will be 'easier' to make Aip for all the family but that is not working. So my main questions are, do I just enforce Aip for the girls and then make regular food for the rest of family or should I enforce Aip on them all! Do all your family members eat Aip? Plus they really do love eggs! [are the yolks better tolerated than the allergenic white part, have you tried this?] Could you also do a Trader Joes Aip haul since this is one of our favourite stores and also do reviews on Dr Gundry's plant paradox books and the Autoimmune fix by Tom O'Bryan. Will you be able to tolerate legumes/lentils/rice, if they are pressure cooked ? as according to Dr Gundry, lectins are mostly destroyed by this method and also if tomatoes are quickly boiled to remove skin and de-seeded then these are, apparently also well tolerated as are peeled/deseeded vegetables/nightshades. Sorry about lots of questions, feeling quite overwhelmed but so grateful for your channels and help. Thank you and God Bless.
