Smoking Meats at 220 degrees F: I'm wondering what those in the know would say. Only 220 degrees F, but cooking all day. I know it would be important not to soak it in a sugary rub or bbq sauce. The soaked wood chips create smoke, but thinking its not too big of a problem. Any advice? Thanks you for you excellent videos and LLAP (Live Long & Prosper)!

A pressure cooker works by increasing the temperature by increasing the pressure, you said all food should be cooked at low temperature; make up your mind.

Very educational lecture. Although, nutrition is very important in managing AGE's, Dr. Jamnadas refers to fasting as a way to mitigate the effects of AGE's but, never mentions exercise. Exercise has been shown to be main factor in preventing the accumulation of AGEs and, reducing AGE levels through a reduction of insulin sensitivity, fat mass, inflammation, and RAGE expression. Furthermore, nutrition and supplements will not reduce natural aging effects while exercise prevents and can reverse sarcopenia and lost of heart capacity through cardio and strength training. Ref. Dr. Benjamin Levine's work

It has been forever that we saw a new video. Doctor I think you are so loved and respected. I have healed my metabolic disorders only by following yoir teachings. I am no longer a thyroud patient or pre diabetic. Although i maintain the diet and fasting ritual to keep in check but honestly its better than taking medication. Love you soooooo much dear Dr. J. You are literally God send.

I haven't had sugar in any form in 5 years and zero carbs from other foods in 10 months. I am a Carnivore and still testing lipids and proteins in the ratio of what I should consume daily. I consume fatty beef and lamb , salt, and water. At one point in my journey I believed I was eating too much protein so I upped my fat intake and lowered my protein. I am 68, lift weights 15 hours a week, and feel pretty damn good.

Thank you for all of the detailed cooking information and for pitching your talk to a general audience.
Glad to hear our Instant pot, microwave and other ideas meet with the criteria in this detailed talk. (Is the non stick surface safe?) Thank you again.
I only wish the food industry, factories and shops could catch up. So many products on shelves that are contributing to the inflammation on bodies of people we see everywhere. Observing this here, from New Zealand.

I don't understand this part – he said don't eat reheated leftovers but how's that different from just cooking the food the first time? yes you reheat for a little bit, not nearly as long as when you first cooked it. could someone please explain? thanks!
